Everything you share with me remains entirely confidential. Confidentiality is one of the main pillars of the therapeutic relationship.

Purpose of collecting data
If you want me to keep notes - this is to enable us to reflect back on where you were at certain points during our time together so you are able to track your progress during the time we've worked together.
